Cup Care Instructions

To ensure your Lux and Bella cups stay in top condition and bring you joy for a long time, please follow these care instructions:

Hand Wash Only: To preserve the vibrant designs and the integrity of your cup, please hand wash with warm, soapy water. Avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes that could scratch the surface.
Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Do not expose your cup to extreme heat or cold. Do not place it in the microwave, dishwasher, or freezer.

Skinny Tumblers:

Cleaning: Use the provided straw cleaning brush to clean the inside of the stainless steel straws. Rinse thoroughly.
Lids and Seals: Ensure the sliding lid and rubber seal ring are securely in place to prevent leaks. Clean these components separately to maintain a tight seal.

Milk Carton Shaped Bottles:

Screw Top Lid: Make sure the lid is tightly screwed on to prevent spills. Clean the wide mouth lid thoroughly after each use.

Glass Cups:

Bamboo Lids and Glass Straws: Do not soak bamboo lids in water for prolonged periods. Wipe clean and dry immediately. Use the straw cleaning brush for the glass straws.

Dry Thoroughly: After washing, let your cup and its components dry completely before reassembling to avoid moisture build-up and potential mold.
Storage: Store your cup with the lid off to allow air circulation and prevent odors.

Check for Damage: Regularly inspect your cup for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any cracks or leaks, it may be time to replace your cup to ensure safety and functionality.
Replace Components: If parts such as seals, lids, or straws become worn out, consider replacing them to maintain the best performance of your cup.
