Refunds & Returns ♡

At Lux & Bella, we want you to love every order you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. The information below explains our cancellation, return, and refund policies so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order.


Order Cancellations ♡

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your item is eligible for return, you may begin the return process after delivery.


Personalized Items ♡

Some Lux & Bella items offer personalization.

Because personalized items are made especially for you, they cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged once your order has been placed.

Please review all names, initials, spelling, and personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.


Returns ♡

Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed (when applicable)
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these return requirements may be returned to the sender without a refund.


Change-of-Mind Returns ♡

Return requests must be approved before items are mailed back to us.

If you decide your eligible item isn't the right fit, we're happy to help.

Lux & Bella will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the remaining refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders ♡

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Lux & Bella will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Once the issue has been verified, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.


Shipping Address Accuracy ♡

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout are the customer's responsibility.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before it can be reshipped.


Lost Packages in Transit ♡

If your package appears to be lost while in transit, please contact us.

We'll gladly help investigate the shipment and assist with any carrier claims when applicable.


Delivered Packages ♡

Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Lux & Bella is unable to replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If this happens, we'll gladly provide tracking information and any documentation that may assist you in working with the shipping carrier.


Refund Processing ♡

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
