At Lux & Bella, every order is thoughtfully prepared with care before it begins its journey to you. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Processing Time ♡
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During new collection launches, limited-edition or exclusive drops, holidays, and other high-volume shopping periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume.
If additional processing time is needed, we'll always do our best to keep you informed. We truly appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully prepare each order with care.
Shipping Methods ♡
Most orders ship via USPS.
For eligible orders, expedited shipping options such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL may be available at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery ♡
After your order has been processed, most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.
Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.
While we work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they are determined by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates ♡
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
You'll always see your shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping ♡
Orders that qualify for free shipping will typically be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
If a promotional code is required for free shipping, it must be entered before completing your purchase.
Order minimums are calculated before taxes and shipping.
Rush Shipping ♡
Need your order sooner?
When available, Rush Shipping offers expedited processing and shipping for an additional fee.
Please note that Rush Shipping availability may vary depending on the products ordered and current order volume.
If Rush Shipping isn't available for your order, we'll gladly let you know and help explore the best available option.
Shipping Address Accuracy ♡
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Lux & Bella is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before it can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments ♡
If your package appears to be delayed or lost while in transit, please contact us.
We'll gladly help investigate the shipment and assist with any carrier claims when applicable.
Delivered Packages ♡
Every order is shipped with tracking so you can follow its journey.
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. If you're unable to locate your package after delivery, we're happy to provide tracking information and any available documentation to assist you in working with the carrier.
If this happens, we'll gladly provide tracking information and any documentation that may assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Order Changes ♡
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.
After an order has entered processing or has shipped, we're unable to make changes to the items or shipping address.
