Orders & Shipping ♡
When will my order ship?
Every order is thoughtfully prepared before it heads your way.
Most orders ship within our current processing time listed on our Shipping Policy page. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.
Personalized items cannot be canceled once your order has been placed.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the shipping address.
Returns & Refunds ♡
Do you accept returns?
Yes! Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if that happens.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review the issue and make it right.
Personalized Orders ♡
Do you offer personalization?
Some Lux & Bella collections include optional personalization.
If personalization is available, you'll see the option directly on the product page.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized items are made especially for you, they cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged once your order has been placed unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your personalization.
Lost Packages ♡
What if my package is lost?
If your package appears to be lost while in transit, please contact us.
We'll gladly help investigate the shipment and assist with any carrier claims when applicable.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I can't find my package.
We recommend checking around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.
We'll gladly provide tracking information and any documentation that may assist you.
Products ♡
Will sold-out items come back?
Some favorites return, while others are released as limited editions and may not be restocked.
The best way to stay in the loop is by joining our email list or following us on social media.
Are your collections limited edition?
Many Lux & Bella collections are created in small batches or seasonal releases.
Once they're gone, they may not return—so if you have your eye on something, don't wait too long. ♡
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely!
Many Lux & Bella products make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, graduations, new beginnings, and everyday celebrations.
